Frozen Keto Almond Butter Cups are a decadent yet guilt-free treat, blending the creamy richness of almond butter with sugar-free chocolate. Perfectly portioned and easy to store, these frozen delights offer a low-carb solution to dessert cravings.

  • Servings: 12 Ice Cube-Size Servings
  • Preparation: 30 Minutes

Chocolate Layers:

  • ½ cup sugar-free chocolate chips

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin coconut oil

Almond Butter Filling:

  • ¼ cup coconut almond butter (or creamy almond butter)

  • 1 teaspoon chocolate-flavored liquid stevia (or adjust to taste)

  • Pinch of pink salt

Setup:

  • Grease an ice cube tray with coconut oil cooking spray.

Chocolate Layers:

  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until combined, then remove from heat.

  • Distribute half of this mixture into the ice cube tray for the bottom layer.

Almond Butter Filling:

  • Mix the coconut almond butter, stevia, and pink salt in a small bowl.

  • Add equal portions atop the bottom chocolate layer in the tray.

Final Chocolate Layer:

  • Cover the almond butter layer with the remaining melted chocolate mixture.

Freezing and Setting:
